Notes for Product Users

FTE is adjusted when STIIP is taken (SIS and SIX earning codes).

FTE Burn includes all paid leaves such as Vacation and STIIP as well as leaves such as Special Leaves.
When STIIP is not “topped up” and paid at 75%, the FTE is 75%, otherwise the full STIIP is included in FTE Burn.

Examples of unpaid leaves not in the FTE Burn include Maternity Leave, Parental Leave, General Leave Without Pay.
