Notes for Product Users	STIIP is a benefit for employees under the BC Public Service Act and a method by which the province records illnesses. This tracking information is entered into PeopleSoft from Time and Leave when an illness occurs. The report contains two sub-reports: Average STIIP days / FTE Average STIIP cost / FTE This report includes Short-Term Illness and Injury information aggregated to the department level. Metrics include average STIIP Days per FTE, STIIP Cost per FTE and Total STIIP, with comparisons to the government average.
