Notes for Product Users

A telework agreement is valid for one year, meaning the employee may work from home under a telework agreement for one year. The “Telework Start Date” of the agreement should be used as the anniversary date.

Change Log for Product Users

February 25, 2025:

Report logic updated so if a report is run for an Report Date in the past, the it will reflect the telework status information as of that date. Prior to this change, the report displayed telework status information as of the current date, regardless of what Report Date was selected.

New column “Expired” added to flag if an agreement is more than 12 months old. When implemented, this column calculated the 12 month period based on the Data Collection Date field.

March 25, 2025:

The “Expired” column was updated to calculate the 12 month period based on the “Telework Start Date” field, rather than the “Data Collection Date” field.

“Telework Start Date” and “Number of Months Old” columns added to provide additional information on telework agreement expiration.
