This page contains information about the ERAP portal, intended users, how to request access and where to direct questions specific to ERAP.

The Employee Research and Analysis Program (ERAP) is a portal which houses results for a variety of research programs done by BC Stats in partnership with the BC Public Service Agency, including but not limited to:

  • Work Environment Survey (WES)

  • Workforce Profiles

  • Exit Survey

  • New Job Survey

For any questions about ERAP reports, contact contact BC Stats and put β€˜ERAP’ or β€˜WES’ in the subject line.

Intended users: Ministry HR Representatives, Ministry Executive and members of the BC Public Service HR community.

Access to the ERAP portal is overseen by the Data and Insights Office, BCPSA. Intended users are not required to complete a Data Access Agreement for access to the portal. Other users may be required to complete an agreement or obtain permission from their Ministry HR Executive Director (or organization equivalent role).

Requests to grant or remove access to the ERAP portal should be sent to the Data and Insights Office via a MyHR Service request. From AskMyHR, click HR Software Systems Support > HR/Workforce Analytics Access.
