Notes for Product Users | The data are organized on separate pages that focus on employees, courses, and the organization. Ancillary HR data also included, such as found in HR Analytics training reports and the Compliance Courses dashboard. The dashboard defaults to display active employees by their current job status but can be filtered to include inactive employees based upon their last job status. People Leader is synonymous with supervisor (an employee with a subordinate position, but the sub-position has to be occupied by an active employee). |
